Today I noticed that Google has promoted the TC Library, from the seventh result in searches for "technical communication" to number three -- after the Society for Technical Communication site and the Wikipedia article about tech comm.
I think I can speak for the editorial and advisory boards when I say we're all very happy about this. With the new software we have to track our readers at any moment (see the line at the bottom of the home page that reads something like "There are 10 readers currently online: 1 registered user and 9 guests"), we've been increasingly convinced that this site is the most popular web resource in the field (see http://www.alexa.com/browse?&CategoryID=2389. It's nice to be recognized by a service like Google.
