Many of the tips aren't relevant to what I do, but I find two items of particular value. One is information about security problems in Office (and what to do about them). The other is pointers on whether and how to get upgrades to Office, including what to say if the person at Microsoft who answers your call tells you incorrect information, something that has happens all too often.
