In today's fast-paced, 'I-want-it-all-now' society, technical communicators are challenged to deliver their messages through interactive media. However, most technical communicators don¡¯t really know how to successfully plan, produce, and manage multimedia development projects. There is a method that enables communicators to effectively deliver information that is engaging, while saving time, money, and a lot of heartache.
