A flexible workplace is characterized by the capability of individuals to manage not only their work, time or resources, but also the possibility to influence and operate in an active way inside the community (from team to organizational level) and for these reasons to be part of the operational process.

Catherine Quinlan Cultural Flexibility
I rated it high because the choice of this attribute is indeed key: flexibility is highly important, in the workplace and in society, but little noticed or understood, particularly in our current cultural trend towards arguments, moral criticism, while our guide looks to written works: we miss entirely this part of our being, respect for natural empathy, and by under-estimating its value, we leave society fragmented.

Please share your rating/opinion of "Wikibility Cultural Key Drivers: Flexibility".
