With training in everything from stage design to Egyptology to hypertext games to web projects, Reiss has had extensive practice in finding out what makes an experience work. Could these be the principles I've been waiting for? I tracked down Reiss in Vancouver to find out.

Jason Fitzgerald The best usability rules ever
Reiss has spent a lot of time working out 10 fantastic rules for web usability. And the interview is really good, adding a lot of good background although the introduction is kind of wordy. I'm posting these on the wall of every cubicle in my company.
