<title>Using HTML: Preparing Documents for the World Wide Web</title>
<shortdesc>This handout follows the seminar &apos;Preparing Documents for the World Wide Web,&apos; so that students can focus on the presentations with minimal note-taking. The class and manual cover basic HTML codes as they apply to the creation of an HTML resume. However, these basic codes (called &apos;tags&apos;) can be applied to any HTML document. As we approach the end of the day, advanced topics will be covered as time allows. All tags available in the latest release of HTML may not be covered in this brief class. Internet or World Wide Web principles, except as they apply directly to the creation of your HTML resume, are not discussed. Students are expected to have some knowledge of the Web. Reference materials about the Internet, the use of browsers, and the Web are listed in this manual’s section.</shortdesc>
