Thomas Parks Documentation Metrics: What Do You Really Want to Measure?
I have actually sat in on a 90-minute workshop given by Mr. LeVie on this paper. Don't understand the "OK" ratings from others, but I found this article (and his workshop) to offer gems of wisdom to consider when trying to measure and evaluate the "quality" in customer documentation. Good use of examples highlights the frustrations many of us experience in our work.
